Helping Teens Individuals and Families
Contact MeWho I Am and What I Do
I’m Ilan. I work with adolescents and adults who are trying to find their footing. I’ve spent years teaching and guiding people through moments when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they’re becoming. I help people work through what’s happening inside so they can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
When someone feels weighed down by anxiety, depression, or unresolved experiences, I help them slow down and make sense of their internal world. Together we work through trauma, relationship dynamics, transitions, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My role is to provide a stable, safe space, grounded support, and a path toward emotional healing and self-awareness.
My Approach
I take time to understand what a person is experiencing and how they’ve learned to cope. I work from a trauma-informed framework, using relational and parts-based approaches to help clients slow down and reconnect to themselves. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, unresolved emotions, identity, or family dynamics, our work focuses on clarity, healing, and developing healthier ways to respond.
When situations are urgent or complex, I help teens and families stabilize and take the next steps. That can include working with parents to understand what’s happening beneath the behavior, coordinating with schools or other supports, and moving toward safer patterns and clearer communication. I also provide structured support through difficult transitions, including navigation, advocacy, and case management when multiple systems are involved.
